Neutralizing Difficult Emotions with Sahaja Meditation

02 Apr

Lately, I have been neutralizing difficult situations with a more peaceful mind. Instead of reacting to a circumstance with bitter emotions, I try my best to accept what is happening. Though a challenging scenario might trigger memories that would be rather forgotten, or a tinge that might affect our self-esteem, we can see past these obstacles.

I realized that these thoughts and emotions that come and go are much smaller than the human family. Underneath these currents of frustration is a great love for each other. Try to see and feel the love between each other rather than what separates us. For what separates us is merely our thoughts.

It’s very well said that thougts are the cause of everything what happens within us. Once we control them we are very much near to ourself.
